How do women usually act in these situations? I'm so scared :)?

Im 23 and I think I really like a guy, who at the beginning seemed to be interested in me. he would stare at me and never look away and sometimes follow me around. I'm so scared it won't work out. He isn't asking me out, or anything, but I feel more and more comfortable talking to him and more and more attracted to him (i wasn't at first). I undermined him, but he surprised me. I think I really like him. He makes me feel in love. I listen to the sound of his laughter in my head, his sarcastic expressions and his eyes, which the more I think of the more they make me see deeper into him as a person. What should I do? I only get to see him so little, barely even anymore. I might never see him again since I'm transferring to a new working place soon.
