Is this another conscious..?

So I've had this happening for about 7-8 years now and I'm 18. When I look into the mirror or I'm just walkin around thinking I feel another presence inside. It feels as if someone is like tryin to communicate with it. I thought it was my conscious at first but when I look into the mirror I do t recognize myself, it's like there's someone else there with it.. Am I crazy or what..?
