Oxycontin while pregnant?

Before I became pregnant i was addicted to oxy and roxy cotin. I was placed on methadone for my addiction. but since i have been pregnant i have slipped and taken a few oxy and methadon. will it effect my child and if so what are the effects? i am currently 6 months pregnant and am still struggling with it. But I am afraid to go to my doctor about it for the fear of being jugded. Someone please help me out if you have any information.
