What oil ratio should i use?

Hey i have a 1999 Yamaha YZ125 and i was just wondering what oil ratio i should use my friend told me to use 1 to 50 and my other one is saying 32 to 1 i was just wondering what kind i need to start it i have a 2 stoke engine thanx
