If you don't talk about whats really bothering you then you are just wasting time. Make a list and take it with you. What is different now that you are depressed than before when you were happy ? What do you miss ? A Therapist really can't help you when you are with holding information and her silence indicates she knows you are holding back. Make a leap of faith and dump it out on her. The worst the can happen is you'll never see her again, which will happen eventually in success or failure.
