Ok here are some questions i've being pondering on...?

My daughter and her hubby rent a small three bedroom home Nepean (the edge of Ottawa) Ontario..they have two bathrooms kitchen diningroom livingroom and finished basement where the laundry and second bathroom is..no garage but they do have a carport all on a corner lot...they pay 1500.00 a month rent plus utilities...In Calgary Alberta a two bedroom home to rent ran them the same price per month and less land.
