Railroad conductor training?

Hi was recently hired on by a cl 2 railroad and I am supposed to start clroom training this week. It is alot different from cl 1's in the sense that it is only 8 days of clroom training and then (up to) 22 weeks of on the job training. My question is, I hear alot about tests on cl 1 railroads in the clrooms but since most of my training involves OJT are there going to be many tests? Or will they just leave it up to your supervisors to verify that you pass and send you on your way?
