Was Kanagawa hit by the quake/tsunami?

I have a friend in Kanagawa Prefecture and I haven't been able to get a hold of her since I heard, was it part of the effected area or is it just her being her? Please let me know, I'm worried and I haven't been able to find a clear answer.
