Please yahoo answers, help me! :'(?

my gf of 6 months as of today :) is living with her mom (who treats her like crap) and she doesnt get fed well and she had plans of goin to college till her mom used all her money, but anyways her gma has half custody of her and i would like to know if theres any of way of getting her to live with her gma? shes 13 btw. her gma treats her right and unlike her mom (who tells my gf that everytime i tell her i love her im probly gettin screwed or blowed :/) her gma likes me. but plz help me! :(
